Hello there, and welcome to my little space on the web!

My name is Jade Marie. I’m presently living in Montreal, Quebec, with my husband Paul. He runs his own blog and digital marketing business, and we’re excited to build a home and life together.

After studying molecular biology and medicine in the Philippines, I permanently moved to Canada in 2013 and started striving to match into residency. I’m currently an Anatomical Pathology resident at McGill University, and I’m thrilled to pursue a career in a dynamic field that remains to be the philosophy of medicine.

I love pink and ink, so this blog will be a mélange of my hobbies, interests, and random musings: writing, discovering more about the beauty of the Catholic faith, medicine, reading thriller fiction, and trying new recipes. I also enjoy learning about current eye research.
